Remote monitoring

A remote monitoring system that warns you first

Watch pumps, motors, DG sets, compressors, tanks and panels from your phone. Get an alert the moment a reading leaves its limit, wherever you are

An on-call engineer receiving an equipment alert away from the plant
Maintenance staff inspecting a machine that has already failed
The problem

You find out about the fault after it has cost you

Unmanned sites, night shifts and holidays are exactly when nobody is looking at the panel. The warning was there; nobody saw it.

Unattended sites checked only on visits

Night and weekend faults found the next morning

Equipment that silently goes offline

Alerts that do not say what is wrong

A remote site reporting in on its own without a site visit
What it watches

Any reading your equipment already exposes

Temperature, pressure, vibration, current, voltage, flow, level, speed and run state, from controllers, drives and meters you already own.

Live limits

Set the window each machine should stay in, in plain English. Every reading is checked as it arrives.

Silence is an alert too

If a machine or site stops reporting, that raises its own warning.

Alerts that name the problem

The machine, the reading and the limit, sent to the right person.

What changes

Faults caught while they are still cheap

You act on the first sign of trouble instead of the breakdown.

  • Fewer emergency call-outs
  • Fewer wasted site visits
  • A full history of every reading for analysis
  • Every site on one screen
Questions

Remote equipment monitoring system, answered.

No. Sentrel reads the controllers and meters you already have over Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, OPC-UA, MQTT or Siemens S7, through a small gateway that runs on an industrial PC or a Raspberry Pi. Nothing is replaced and your control logic is not touched.

Any outbound connection the gateway can use: the plant LAN, Wi-Fi or a 4G router. The gateway buffers readings if the link drops, so the history stays complete.

In the app and by email as standard, routed to the people responsible for that site or machine, with the machine, the reading and the limit in the message.
