Remote monitoring for plants across Rajasthan
From Bhiwadi and Neemrana to Jodhpur, Udaipur, Kota and Bhilwara, Sentrel puts every plant, pump house and solar site you run on one live screen, supported from Jaipur
Your sites are hours apart and nobody is standing next to them
A pump house in one district, a plant in another, a solar array in the desert. The equipment reports its condition, but nobody sees it until someone drives out.
Unmanned and remote sites checked only on a visit
Each site with its own panel and its own way of logging
Faults reported by phone hours after they began
No single view for the head office
Plants, pump houses and solar sites from one place
A small gateway at each site reads the controllers, meters and inverters already there and sends the readings over the network or a 4G router. Each site appears on the same screen.
Bhiwadi, Neemrana, Jodhpur, Bhilwara, Kota and Udaipur plants: motors, compressors, boilers, DG sets and lines.
Pump houses, overhead tanks, ETPs and STPs: level, flow, pressure, run state and dosing, with an alert before an overflow or a dry run.
Inverters, transformers and energy meters on solar parks and rooftops, read over Modbus, with generation and fault alerts.
Problems found from the office, not on the next visit
Head office sees every site live, field teams are sent where they are needed, and the monthly report comes out of the system instead of out of registers.
- Every site across the state on one screen
- Alerts that name the site, the machine and the reading
- Fewer wasted site visits
- Reports and records that stand up to an audit
Industrial monitoring in Rajasthan, answered.
Yes. Each site needs only a gateway on its local network and an internet connection, which can be a 4G router. Setup support is run from Jaipur and the first site can be connected remotely or in person.
No. Sentrel reads the controllers and meters you already have over Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, OPC-UA, MQTT or Siemens S7, through a small gateway that runs on an industrial PC or a Raspberry Pi. Nothing is replaced and your control logic is not touched.
Yes. Inverters, energy meters, level transmitters and pump starters that speak Modbus or OPC-UA can be read directly, with alerts on generation drops, faults, dry run and high level.
