Sell monitoring without building it

For integrators, panel builders and machine makers. Put live oversight on the equipment you already commission, at your price, under your name

Introduce a client and step back

You make the introduction. We quote, contract, invoice and support them. You are paid a share of their first year, once, and carry no obligation afterwards.

  • One payment, no ongoing share and no clawback
  • Released once the client is genuinely paying, not on signature
  • No account to manage and nothing to support
  • Most partners start here and move to reselling once they have seen it work

Buy wholesale, set your own price

You sell, price and invoice the client yourself. We invoice you monthly for active sites and never appear on their statement.

  • Volume pricing that improves as your site count grows, counted across every client together
  • You keep every rupee of commissioning, integration and training at your own day rate
  • No minimum, no joining fee, no annual commitment
  • The client relationship is yours — we do not market to them or contact them

Under your own name

Your product, running on our infrastructure

Your customer signs in to something that carries your name, your mark and your colours, and reaches you for support. What is underneath is not their concern.

  • Your product name in place of ours, throughout the interface and in alert email
  • Your own subdomain, so the address matches everything else you sell
  • One console for every customer you provide, with their sites and alerts in one place
  • A single monthly invoice from us, whatever the customer count

Rates are set per partner and differ by region, so they are not published here. Ask and you get the sheet that matches your market.

Support

Your client calls you

Which is how it should be — you sold it, you commissioned it, and you are on site

Tier 1You

The client calls you: dashboards, alert thresholds, adding a machine, day-to-day questions. This is the work you are already best placed to do, and it is billable.

Tier 2Us

Platform, ingestion, protocol behaviour — anything you escalate. We answer you, not them, so the relationship stays where it belongs.

Straight answers

What this is not

No source code changes hands

This is a hosted service. Nothing is shipped, licensed or escrowed to partners or to their customers, at any tier. What changes is what the customer sees.

We do not go around you

Your clients are yours. We do not market to them, quote services to them, or contact them about money when you are the one being invoiced.

We lead with monitoring, not control

Write-back to a PLC exists and is off by default. We do not sell it into a site on day one, and we would rather you did not either.

Questions

What partners ask first

Per partner, in the conversation. Wholesale differs by region and by the volume you expect, so a single published number would be wrong for most people reading it. Ask and you get the sheet that matches your market.

A half-hour call about your clients and a typical site, then a demo workspace with your branding on it, free, for you to show people. Your first live site follows whenever you have one.

No. The edge gateway installs on an ordinary industrial PC or a Raspberry Pi and reads the controllers already in the panel over Modbus, OPC-UA or S7. Setup is describing the equipment in plain language, which is knowledge your commissioning engineers already have.

They keep running and we would talk about where they go. Nothing about the arrangement holds a plant hostage, and their history stays exportable throughout.

Yes, and most do. Existing referrals are unaffected — they were earned under the terms that applied when the introduction was made.
